BANG, an event management app developed by ThinkUou Pvt. Ltd., revolutionized how large-scale events are organized and experienced. Tailored for the largest BNI Member’s Day in India, it seamlessly brings over 2,000 delegates together under one roof.
Scope of the Project
The BANG app was conceptualized to streamline and enhance the event experience for 1700+ BNI Bangalore members and 400+ members from across India. It provided users with networking tools, access to inspiring talks, a dedicated pavilion for exploring new markets, and functionalities for scheduling 1-2-1 meetings with potential referral partners. The app’s scope included simplifying event management processes, improving attendee engagement, and offering digital recognition for participants, all while ensuring seamless usability and design.

The wireframe prioritized an intuitive layout, with a home screen featuring quick access to event schedules, speaker sessions, and networking opportunities Key sections included Overview of the event, key highlights, and navigation. A searchable directory of attendees with integrated messaging and meeting scheduling. Detailed agendas with session timings and locations. Real-time updates on awards and achievements.
UI Design
The UI design embraced a clean and professional aesthetic with a strong emphasis on usability. The primary color, #CF202F, was strategically used for call-to-action buttons and highlights, ensuring visibility without overwhelming the interface. Icons and visual cues enhanced navigation, while smooth transitions improved the user experience.

The BANG app showcased how technology can revolutionize large-scale event management. By addressing key challenges and creating opportunities for meaningful connections, the app set a benchmark for similar events.
